Using our years of experience in working with the leasing industry, and creating websites for many leasing clients, we have developed a unique and cost effective system for creating and maintaining custom websites for busy lease professionals.
No Website Yet?
If you do not yet have a web presence, or worse yet, you have one that doesn’t project the first impression that you’d like, it’s time to step up. If you already have a website, we will work with you to touch it up, or completely redesign it from the ground up.
Do I get e-mail?
Absolutely. Your subscription includes 5 POP e-mail accounts that you may configure any way you’d like. You will also receive an unlimited number of e-mail aliases free of charge. Additional POP accounts are also available.
Get Listed & Found
We will submit your new website to the top search engines free of charge. There are also several great search engine optimization services which we would recommend if you are hoping to develop new business through vendors/lessees searching the web.
How long will it take to get my new website setup?
With your help and input, we can generally have your site up within two weeks.
How much will this all cost?
Normally, pricing for this type of custom website starts at $1000:
- plus up to $35/year for your domain registration
- plus $35/month or more to host your site and e-mail accounts
- plus $45 to configure your domain name for use on our server
- plus custom graphic work ($75/hr)
And that’s still a great price for a custom website.
